What is the return & refund policy?
All product sales are final upon fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.
All sales are final except for products that are faulty or defective. If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a refund or replacement. We may require proof of the fault or defect before processing your request. If we determine that the product is faulty or defective, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that are not faulty or defective. We also do not offer refunds for convenience or change of mind. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to issue a refund.

What is the order cancellation policy?
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. Pre-order and made-to-order items can only be cancelled up until they are processed. All digital product sales are final upon purchase.
Please note that we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been submitted, including updates to the shipping address. We kindly ask that all shipping details are reviewed carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
How long does it take to receive pre-order products?
Pre-order products shipping times are currently estimated at 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Pre-order shipping times are subject to change based on inventory availability.
What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If an item in your order is damaged or faulty, contact us for a re-shipment of your product. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
