What is the return & refund policy? 

All product sales are final upon shipment. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. Pre-order items are made-to-order and can only be cancelled up until they are processed. 

How long does it take to receive pre-order products?  

Pre-order products shipping times are currently estimated at 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Pre-order shipping times are subject to change based on inventory availability. 

What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If an item in your order is damaged or faulty, contact us for a re-shipment of your product. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
